Americare Ambulance Service is ready to respond to all routine and urgent transfers from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and residences. Our ambulances are equipped with the most technologically advanced equipment necessary to provide optimal care for both medical and trauma patients. Our Response Teams consist of Nurses, Paramedics, & Emergency Medical Technicians ready to provide skilled and compassionate care.

Who should be transported by Ambulance?
Persons who are:
• Medically unstable
• In need of monitoring during transport
• On oxygen (not self-administered)
• Undergoing IV therapy*
* Call Dispatch Center for questions regarding specific IV medications

Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health Insurances usually pay for medically necessary ambulance transport.
